For the ACDA Dispute Resolution Committee to provide assistance to resolve your concerns quickly, we would request that you download the ACDA Dispute Resolution Form and fill this out, along with any other documentation that you may have which may be relevant to the situation. Then forward this to the Dispute Resolution Officers details stated on the bottom of the form.

The ACDA Dispute Resolution Officer will then review the documentation, contact you and the Contractor to establish a course of action, which may involve a third party as per the ACDA Guarantee.
